Rick and his crew from start to finish were very thorough with all phases of the project. My initial questions were answered specifically and completely. His machine operator was very careful to not touch my house or nearby plants. The three young men who worked along with Rick were busy, strong and attentive to the requirements of the job. When the job was complete Rick sent me a file of photos of every phase of the project. They are a courteous and personable crew and I have recommended them to a friend who has just purchased a house in South Euclid

Rick knows the business very well. He explained to me how things needed to be done instead of just doing things the incorrect way (which is what I had requested a quote for). He was very honest and made sure I understood why it couldnâ  t be done that way. I had gotten a quote from another company who would have done the waterproofing incorrectly and it wouldnâ  t have corrected the problem. (Only 3 sides accessible from outside. Without access to the 4th side, the water would have continued to come into the basement.) Rick explained this to me as soon as he found out part of the house was attached to a slab. He and his crew are very professional, funny, and they do wear proper equipment. I highly recommend this business for anyone looking for basement waterproofing.
