Rick, the owner, was great to work with. It was easy to make an appointment. He came out and reviewed our issue which was stains on the block wall in our basement. He walked the entire basement and also the outside of the house. He told us what needed to be done was excavate a small area outside the basement down to the footer, put non-biodegradable waterproof coating on wall, plus plastic sheathing over it. He gave us a quote. There was no high pressure whatsoever. We had 2 other companies come out but because of Ricks customer service we chose Precision WaterproofIng. We signed a contract with Rick and he said they would be out within two weeks which they were. The work was done exactly what was promised. He even provided pictures of the work before, during and after. They dug the hole down to the footers and confirmed the perimeter drain was working properly. There were 2 shrubs in the area they had to dig up. After the work was finished they replanted the shrubs. When I asked one of the other companies (USA. Waterproofing) about replanting the shrubs the salesman said we re not in the landscape business . Precision left the area as they found it. You would never know any work had been done. Very professional job. Their price was reasonable and we would highly recommend Precision Waterproofing.

Rick was very professional and upfront and honest. He put me on his schedule but was able to get to me before the date he initially had told me. They came in and did a wonderful job. They were in and out in a day and a half. They made sure everything was clean before they left. They even fixed a problem I had from work a previous contractor and cleaned up and got rid of some cement that the other contractor left in my yard. Thanks again Precision!
