I must have called at least 7 different waterproofing companies (seriously) and was told I needed the most extreme (and expensive) solution by most of them. Further, some of these solutions wouldn't have solved the root of the problem. When I finally found Rick at Precision Waterproofing, I was relieved because he saw the project through my eyes and proposed the best solution for my specific situation. I was also quoted the same solution by another company (popular on home advisor), but it was nearly three times the price!! Any ways, thank you Rick! I'll definitely give you a call for my next wet basement (hopefully not the same property!).

Upon leaving my original review, the company came back and explained what I didn't understand. I had a new washer and dryer and he reran the piping to the drain. I would recommend having someone present who better understood the field to help explain the work being done.

I went back with homeowner and went over the entire system and process with her and now that she understands it everything is good and she is very happy. She informed me that she would go back and update her review to reflect how happy she is now.

I only gave 4 for work quality because job was just finished and have not had opportunity to see how it holds up after rain. Very happy with service, price and contractors who worked on site.

I was worried about hiring someone to look at our basement. We had our bathroom remodel and it is the nightmare that will not go away. Thankfully I won't be saying that about this project. They were fast, efficient, and affordable. The owner was very honest and didn't try to charge for things we didn't need. When we walked through it with him we did ask for a couple things to be fixed but he was gracious and did so right away. Definitely recommend them!

Work completed on time. Finish work was sloppy, Workers used my shovel to mix cement and did not clean it off. I'm still removing gravel from the yard where the cement was mixed.

I'm surprised by review since we came back for homeowner and did some extra work for her at no charge. She did call me about shovel which has never happened before but i offered to purchase a new one for her and she said it was no big deal just wanted to tell me about so I knew. Then returned back to house again to help her hook up sink and washer and dryer and she told me how happy she was with everything and at that time I once again apologized for shovel and offered to replace it again and was told not to worry it was no big deal.
