Rick came out to relook at the problem i had and tried to resolve the issue.
Response from Company:
I spoke with Michelle the night before and she asked about installing a sump pump into a crock that currently didnt have one. I also explained to homeowner different options she had and even explained to her she could do this herself and save money because we charge $750.00 to install a new sump pump which is a cast and stainless steel pump not a plastic one. We also explained that the manufacture has 3 year warranty but we gave her a 10 year warranty with product since its not plastic but in fact a cast pump. She requested wecome out and do install because she didnt want to install herself. While there we also found a sink drin line lekaing which we pointed out ans expalined it needs repaired as well. We did the work and didnt do any paperwork or ask for any money until job was done and she was satisfied. Which she was and paid us afterwards and thanked us for doing work. She even called after we left asking about pump which we explained model and that it was the cast / stainless steel pump and she thanked us once again. Now shes upset at the $750 we charged because we did work within the hour and feels upset which Im sorry she does but we explained fees up front before coming out once again before starting job and she was ok to get work done. That is our rate to install new pump. On 11-1-17 we went back out to homeowners and routed sump another way for her and while the did some extra work for her plumbing lines that she was having issues with as a curtiousy for having her upset and wanted to make sure she was happy. She assured me she was satisfied and would call homeadvisor to update results and change her rating of us.
