Rick, the owner was professional, promt, and courteous . Got our basement waterproofed within two weeks. From the time of intinal consultation to the 1 day of job completion. His 3 man crew were outstanding. We highly recommend them.

I believe in the company, the process employed and most of all, I believe in the workforce and in Rick. Of course, the proof will be in the stoppage of rain water leaks in the basement foundation. I trust there will be no more leaks after a heavy rain. Time will tell!

Rick was on time each time he was expected (I work so time is very important to me). He kept me informed when he would be there and what would be done. Very good customer service. Would definitely use him again! I don't know mcuh about pricing, but it was a bit expensive for me, but I had no choice. I asked about a senior discount, but evidently the company doesn't do honor that.. Disappointed in that respect. I'm 72 on SS and I work 4 days a week so money is tight. Won't be doing any home repairs the rest of the year.
