They were on time and the job was actually completed sooner than quoted and that included Rick going above and beyond what he was required to do. Meet Rick a year ago. I thought I had a waterproofing problem. Rich did some checking and determined it was a sewer line problem. He didn't try too push something I didn't need. I found I did have a foundation problem. I got a quote from him and had rick fix the problem. Very professional and cleaned up after really well.

Rick is a great person to work with. My only problem was I didnâ t realize the look after it was done. This was my fault .

I had some water in my basement, so they came to install a sump pump and internal drains. Rick, the owner, is great. After I met with him to write up the bid, I had some questions so I called him and was not sure if I would get a call back (based on my experiences with other contractors); however he called me back right away and answered my questions and addressed my concerns. He comes out with the crew and does the work himself and monitors the progress. I like how he takes pictures along the way to show what they are doing (before and after pics). The crew was respectful and courteous and laid down tarps and cleaned up before they left. They just did the work yesterday, so I am not sure yet if what they did will help the wetness in my basement, but I am hopeful. I would recommend them from my experience so far.

Rick and his team were fantastic and I couldnâ t be more pleased. Rick was true to his word on everything. The crew did an excellent job of cleanup every day. My neighbor even said how impressed he was on how clean my yard looked every day during the process. By the time they completed the job you couldnâ t even tell they were there. I would hire again without hesitation.

Rick and his team did a wonderful job on waterproofing my basement. They were on time and finished the job on schedule. The thing I liked most aside from the work was his sales approach when I first met him. He was honest and did not try to upsell me for any unnecessary things just to make more money like the other companies tried to do. He even gave me advice on things I could do for myself. Rick is a true professional and I highly recommend him.
