They called me from an inquiry on Angieâ s list. Made it very easy to set up an appointment quickly. I trusted the guy he helped me with something I knew nothing about and made me feel safe and secure again because he fixed my locks. Thank you very much for all you did for me, my husband died recently and this was all new to me and I was pretty scared that my locks didnâ t work. He just took care of me like heâ s known me for 50 years.

I had called several companies including Pearman to assist me with getting back into my home. Pearman responded quickly to see if I still needed assistance. Once they unlocked the screen door, the serviceman had me check to see if I could open the main door. Glad he did because he needed to unlock that one too. He was very professional and very courteous. I would use them again if I lock myself out of the house again.

  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
