Don was very efficient and I thought his prices were reasonable. I gave him 4 stars instead of 5 because he was 45 minutes late but he called and let me know he would be late which was appreciated. Otherwise I thought he did a great job!

Don was very prompt following up my request, offered good price estimate, and very flexible schedule to accommodate my availability. Showed up on time, completed quickly and efficiently- very pleased

Don, who came and did the work to rekey 7 locks was professional and friendly. Couldn’t be happier with the price. One of the locks was different and couldn’t be rekeyed as is. He told me what new lock I needed to buy and told us to call him when we have it and he will come back and install it and rekey it for us to match the others with no additional charges. Couldn’t be more pleased!

I’m very conflicted about this because he’s the nicest guy, guarantees his work and does a thorough job. Worth every penny. Problems arose because there was no confirmation of booking except him telling me that he would call the day before to confirm but he did not so I had no idea whether he was coming. He came but he showed up 30 minutes early without notice first. He also failed to mention that he only accepts cash or check and didn’t have any change on him for cash. He originally gave me a bill that was $10 higher than his quote but when I pointed this out he changed it. I offered to mail him a check since I would have to order some from the bank but he preferred to follow me to the bank instead which meant that I had to leave my home office during my work hours on top of rearranging my schedule to accommodate him showing up early. Again, he did great work and was super nice, but so disorganized.

Mr. Pearman is awesome. He did a great job, he was on time, he was very nice, and he went above and beyond to do what we needed. I highly recommend him.

I had a timing issue and Don Pearman worked it out so he could come at my convenience. Don was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and why. He worked quickly and efficiently. A great experience.
