Got a call from Pearman within 5 minutes of requesting a quote for a re-key. He was able to come out the next day - on a Saturday, even! He was on time, made sure he understood the project and that I was on board with the cost for some extras that I requested (forgot to ask for them over the phone), and got to work quickly. The cost was more than fair. Not only did he do a great job, but he was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He even gave me useful info for some DIY work I have planned. Would recommend to anyone looking for residential locksmith work.
