I purchased a new home and needed (5) locks re-keyed. This included (3) door locks and (2) deadbolts. Don, the technician, called me before arriving and even asked if he could arrive ahead of schedule. Don was very friendly throughout the process and thoroughly explained every step of having the (5) locks to my home re-keyed. I highly recommend using this locksmith!
