Don Pearman listened while I described my problem with my door locks. Offered suggestions about possible remedies. He provided me his fee for the service call which was very reasonable. While here, he check the other doors as well to make sure they were in good working order. He offered an appointment within 24 hours and was on time.

Exceptional service. Pearman Locksmith not only repaired the jammed storm door lock as requested for service, but also fixed and repaired the front door lock after diagnosing the problem it had. He tightened all doors, made certain everything was in flawless working order. It was a pleasure to do business with him and I would recommend him 100% . Efficient, punctual, professional, knowledgeable and great customer service.

I paid a little more for this service than what I would have with another locksmith however he was able to schedule me an appointment within an hour and a half, on Easter Sunday, whereas other services were not able to. He was friendly and professional and was able to help me out in a pinch and I really appreciated that, so definitely worth the extra cost, especially if you need something done right away for an emergency reason.
