The movers were on time and courteous. My ratings would be higher if the final cost was not so much more than I anticipated. Be very carful to read the small print in their paperwork. I saw the initial quoted figure of $114 per hour for my move time of 9am to 10:45am. They emailed four additional, wordy small print documents after I accepted there job quote. This was a rush job and I failed to review the additional documents thoroughly with a magnifying glass. I was expecting to pay apx $250 for apx 2hrs; however, my final cost was $432.60.
Hi Darlene, you were quoted $360-$450 and your final charges came to $420. You should have certainly been anticipating this as it was within your quoted range. The document that we emailed you prior was the terms & conditions so that you were prepared to sign the document on site. Aside from that, the other two documents are helpful tips on how to be prepared for our movers (12 font) and the other is 1 page 12 font and outlines your transit coverage options. The language from this doc was pulled from the terms & conditions since that is small print and so that it is an easier read since it's the most important part of the terms & conditions. It?s unfortunate that we are rated poorly when everything was done smoothly and within the price range stated to you over the phone and in writing. We email the quote to you with these docs, you scheduled, then we emailed the same docs again, but the final time showing your scheduled date. In any event, we appreciate your business and I?m glad to hear that you were happy with our services.
The guys were prompt and respectful. They moved all of our things quickly and without causing any damage. For the cost, I would recommend.

Staff came at the time given, moved everything out safely and quickly. Movers were courteous, helpful,. Office staff was very friendly and helpful, received an estimate quickly, and were able to get there the day after I spoke to them. Storage prices were very reasonable. Moving price a great value. I highly recommend them, and will use them again.

Be very careful hiring OSullivan. The last thing a person wants when moving is a driver complaining about doing his job. Thier drivers exhibit behavior that is rude and disrespectful towards particular customers. Complaints about performing routine job tasks, such as disassembling a computer desk, reflect a lack of professionalism telling me this will be the most expensive piece of furniture you move today. OSullivans driver encouragement for economically challenged customers to abandon furniture is unethical. The discriminatory behavior towards ones ethnic background further compounds the issue, fostering an environment with tension when all a customer wants is a job done.
My apologies that you were not satisfied with our services. Since I cannot find anything based upon your first name only in my system, I can only speak in general terms, but if you are on a strict budget and the movers arrive to a situation where there could be more to move, or the customer is not ready (which could add time and cost) the movers will sometimes make suggestions to attempt to accommodate all parties.
