This company came complained about the stairs because I live on the third floor complained about the boxes that were at the front door. The boxes at the front door were part of the 30 to 40 boxes that were supposed to be mold. They said they could not move boxes to get the furniture out but it was part of my contract they then left. I called the number back that called me got no answer. Call the company and I was told they left to move onto the second job and that they wouldn?t be able to move me today due to boxes being in the hallway that they were supposed to move.

The front office seemed professional and had nice communication. The actual movers did not wrap my furniture and had my mattress on the dirty truck floor. Also, I am not a fan of grown men complaining. When they saw that I had a lot of stairs, they made it known that this was something they did not like.

O'Sullivan's is great for moving and so careful with your pieces. They know how to handle so many types of furniture that you feel comfortable with your items in their care. They are very responsive when asking for quotes, follow up multiple times to confirm, and inform you of every step of the process.
