I had a hard time getting hold of an actual person period every time I called it went to the answering machine. When I did talk to an actual person they were courteous,helpful, knowledgeable and a blessing.

They were professional. Quite pricey. But I hired them somewhat last minute.

Hello, we have the cheapest rates around for the most part. We also offered you a discounted rate that you did not take advantage of. Your final charges fell right within your quoted price. When comparing movers anyone can provide you with an overall enticing figure, but when it comes to your job all movers are going to charge you for the actual time it takes based upon their hourly rate. Therefore, you want to compare the hourly rates and of course be sure your mover is licensed and insured! We appreciate your business and you taking the time to share your experience!

Our move consisted of a three bedroom house and a 10x20 storage unit. They sent 10 guys (6 to the house) and (4 to the storage unit) they had the whole move completed in 4 hours!

I thought that they were vary proffessional down the line, but seem to be over- whelmed with returning a customer call.

That's a good thing, though ;) We have a small office staff and there seems to be a surge in the need for movers right now given the current state of things with the governor just recently opening everything back up for the most part and given the current mortgage rates!
