My mother hired them for her move, and the movers destroyed her $6,000 glass table. Her dining set is now a hazard because it is broken at the base. The company was not even apologetic and actually very hostile. Since then, the company has refused to take responsibility or offer any compensation for the damage. On top of that, Christine O?Sullivan was extremely rude, unprofessional, and would not return any calls when I tried to resolve the issue. She only sends nasty emails. This was a terrible experience from start to finish, and I would strongly caution others against using this terrible company. Do not get fooled by this company like I did! Look at the before and after of my mother?s table.

Everything that needed to be moved was and with care. When questions a rose they were quick to ask and were polite curtious. If I need another move they will be the first to call.

Rude team leader, (kicker is in the end of my comment), out of 5 movers, three were just trying to look busy and do nothing, meaning taking one small box like really small box and just make trip to the truck and back, caring the least about the stuff they were picking up and taking no care what so ever to protect the floor etc, here is the kicker, in the end they left two gym weights on the truck, when i picked up those from the truck the team leader claimed that these waights have been on the truck for months, so tried to steal my gym weights and created a mini scene but then very calmly said ok you can have them. In the end same guy cheated on the time; he arrived at 9.10 am and ended at 4.10 pm but he billed me for 9 to 4.15 and at $250 an hour it matters.

Our furniture move was accomplished in one hour with no dings or other problem, Chris and Devonne are a great team and a real credit to "O'Sullivan Moving Company. We expect to use their services again!

The movers were friendly & professional. Nothing at all went wrong - nothing bumped, broken, dinged. I would prefer not to move again, but if I do I’ll be happy to call O’Sullivan.
