EXCELLENT customer service. From the first phone call to the actual move. Move could not have been any smoother. Very efficient and fast. Ended up paying less than the actual estimate due to the efficiency of the movers George and Kenny. I would hire them for any future moves.

I have to tell you that these guys took the last of our belongings, and they were fitting them in there quite Quite nice, then the rest of the stuff all of a sudden looked like it was thrown in and we could not find a box that they had taken. In error And there were supplies in the box that we needed desperately. It is under a pile there somewhere, and I am upset. . I will probably not use this This company again. Because one of the 2 guys was a slam bang guy and everything was just throw Thrown on the top other things. And it was a mess in the storage unit.

Hi Linda, I'm sorry that you were not satisfied with your experience. I hope you did find your box. During a move it can be confusing if not everything is going and not tagged appropriately. The movers get in the zone and get to work since they are on your clock and move as quickly and carefully as possible. I see you stating that one of the movers was a bit "rougher" with your belongings, but do not see any mention of actual damage. Therefore, I hope you did not experience damage. We have been in business for over 40 years with a good reputation and I hope you reconsider using our company again in the future should you need any packing, moving, and/or storage services. We do appreciate your business!
