Tim was very professional. Not really knowing anything about a furnace he took the time to explain what was wrong and that it was a simple repair. I reviewed and interviewed 4 companies. The 3 objectives I had were heat and cooling efficiency, price and warranty. North Pittsburgh Heating & Cooling sold me all that and more. The 110% Excellent installation of Electric heat pump and air handler leaves me extremely pleased and completely satisfied . Definitely recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs . Tim from North Pittsburgh Heating and Cooling contacted us right away. Showed up an hour later even though it was 10:30 at night. He came prepared, very business like. Finished in the hour that he quoted. The furnace was working again by 11:30. Such a pleasure to work with. No outrageous service fees for weekend emergency call. Reasonable prices. I would highly recommend!!
