Quick response to my initial inquiry and very friendly. Honest and friendly. Good recommendation to meet my needs. Installation crew were very nice as well. They did a thorough job, kept everything clean, and answered any/all questions that I had. If I have any heating/ac needs in the future, they will be the first company that I call!

Fast initial call & he got to my house just a few hours later, even at the end of a long, hot day so that was appreciated. Some parts weren't available and then other delays held the project off longer than the company had originally projected. Good quality work and made maintenance recommendations I thought were appropriate.

Tim was very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived right on time for his appointment. Tim was not a pushy salesperson and did not pressure me to overbuy. His honesty and his desire to earn my business is what sold me. He addressed all the issues and has scheduled to come back to do some additional wiring work. Tim was very professional and responded very quickly. He showed up when he said he was going to and completed the work in the time that he told me. I was very pleased with his service and the professionalism of his crew. I would definitely contact North Pittsburgh for any future HVAC service or installations.

Tim took a little longer than I would have expected to get me a quote, but other than that little hiccup, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and straightforward. Having your HVAC system replaced unexpectedly is unpleasant and he made it about as nice as was humanly possible. Further down the road, when we had an issue with the thermostat (and it was -10 outside) he had a team out to see me (same day) to figure out the problem.

Tim was very knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and courteous. He immediately was able to trouble shoot the problem and fix it. He took the time to explain the system to me and provide recommendations for future care in an easy-to-understand fashion. He also was able to come to the house the very next day, which was excellent as i didn't have to wait to have the problem fixed, and he arrived after 5:30, per my request, so that i did not have to take vacation time from work. I would highly recommend North Pittsburgh Heating and Cooling.
