TIM DID A GREAT JOB. HE QUOTED US A PRICE AND STUCK TO IT. EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS EXTRA WORK THAT WAS UNFORSEEN. IT WAS TERRIBLE WEATHER , SNOWING AND COLD BUT HE KEPT PLUGGING AWAY TILL THE JOB WAS DONE. WOULD DEFENITELY RECCOMEND TO OTHERS.

We decided to hire North Pittsburgh Heating and Cooling (NPHC) after receiving 2 other quotes. We replaced a 20 year old furnace and air conditioning unit. NPHC even replaced a part in our old furnace so that we would have heat during the time they were ordering parts and servicing customers with no heat. I was very happy with the explanations of all the options we had in a new system and the professionalism of the staff. The price was very reasonable and the installation was very neat. Tim even suggested some great improvements to our finished basement like additional heat vents to make the room more comfortable.

I had 5 bids and picked Tim bc he was the only one who suggested that he could fix my current system instead of replacing it. In the end he got my AC running so I had AC in the worst of the summer heat. I chose to replace my system anyway bc of it's age but he gave me the best quote anyway. A truly honest man! I have since referred him to other friends.

Tim was a professional with both the quote and installation. I trusted him in his knowledge of the product and the experience in installation. The only concern I have is communication amongst his staff and beyond that communication with his clients. Everyone has delays however communicating that to clients in a more timely manner is key. Installations take time however it is also time for the clients as well who are juggling work and/or family schedules. Last minute calls/showing up late takes away from my rating.

Tim Showed up when he said he would and installed the furnace and air. It's now 3 weeks later and all is well.

Very professional in their work. They put down drop cloths before they did their work and cleaned up everything when they were done. They answered any and all questions that I had. The owner is very partucular about his work. I would recommend them to anyone needing a furnace OR air conditioner. They installed both an air conditioner and furnace for me.

I did not meet Tim but my husband said he was very professional and courteous.
