He was willing to come out several times. He fixed the problem and really did it at a great price. Came out on a Saturday and Sunday and didn't charge any differently. He also would have came back that day if we really needed it and offered 4 electric heaters so we wouldn't freeze.

Professional! Super customer-oriented service! My furnace stopped working in the day of -15F. Tim managed to come the same day I called. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and got the furnace back to work with a very reasonable price.

Tim was quick getting us a quote and very fast to install our furnace once we decided to hire him. His price was very fair and there was no pressure, nor did he try and sell us anything that we did not need. Will definitely use him to replace our air conditioner when needed as well. Workers were also very friendly and clean.

Very responsive, we needed service during the recent heat wave, North Pgh really helped, able to get our very old system working to buy us some time- then we decided to replace the whole system, Heat pump & Air handler. Process went well, no issues, they were considerate of the timing, we trusted in them and the new system is really great. I would hire again, recommending North Pgh.
