They did a great clean job that even looks good. Take care of unexpected extras without price increase. Overall I got an excellent value for my investment. The job took a bit longer time but with understandable reasons. I would recommend NPHC to anyone with no reservations.

The heat of the recent days DID stop our Trane, but Tim responded as quickly as he could to our call. We placed the request late at night, and he was done by the next morning! We couldn't believe the service was so prompt, and the price was even better. When so many people are in need of service he could have asked for MUCH higher, and made us wait longer. He was extremely considerate and thorough, and dedicated to serving his customer.

I wouln't want my furnace installed any other way than the way North Pittsburgh Heating & Cooling did it.

Tim emailed me quickly to follow up on my request and scheduled a date to install a whole house humidifier right away. The price was right and his work was high quality. While doing the work and an annual cleaning on my furnace, Tim found a few minor issues which he fixed whithout any additional charge over the normal service fee. I will use North Pittsburgh Heating for all my HVAC needs going forward.
