Had a problem with gas supply cutting off. Tim did basic troubleshooting and found the problem associated with a clogged condensate drain line, He corrected the problem with an a routine furnace maintenance & inspection. He was very thorough and professional and took the time to explain the procedure and furnace operations and how the maintenance effected furnace operations.

Tim responded quickly to a service call for my aging furnace. He recommended, but did not oversell, a replacement. The new furnace, A/C unit, and water heater were top quality at a very good price. Installers were very competent, clean, worked with me on controls setup, and kept me informed throughout. All in all, a much better experience than with most other competitors.

Tim was excellent! After a "big name" company failed to show for their appointment, I called Tim and he came out right away. He diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it quickly, even taking the time to explain everything to a novice like myself. His prices were also extremely fair and reasonable. Tim will definitely be our "go-to-guy" for any heating or cooling needs in the future. Don't waste your time calling a "big name" company---let your FIRST call be to North Pittsburgh Heating & Cooling if you want the job done right!
