Tim ,and his assistant communicated well with me and told me exactly what to expect. The price was fair ,and they managed the installation around sub zero weather so i was never really to inconvenienced . His assistant even kept an eye on my 2 dogs while they were on the property, they told me when one of them evaded the invisible fence and took off . They will go above and beyond to ensure you are a satisfied customer.

Had a great experience with North Pittsburugh Heating. After getting screwed around by our home warranty company for almost 5 weeks (Choice home warranty btw, never use this scam of an agency), I contacted Tim independently to see how quick he could come out and get us a new condenser unit. Tim came out that very day to look at it and got our AC fixed within a week's time at a very good price. The tech's he sent to our house to do the job were also very courteous and helpful, amazing company! A major breath of fresh air after the nightmare we were dealing with previously. We'll definitely be using them in the future for our HVAC needs.

Dean came to our house quickly to repair the AC - inside temps were approaching mid 80s - It was the dead of summer. DEAN walked us through his findings and recommendations for repair and showed us what he was going to do to replace a bad capacitor, etc. We were very pleased with Dean's approach to the problem and fix - and he was very polite and respectful. would have given more stars if I could.
