Professional organization that seeks perfection and is motivated by customer satisfaction. I have a brick house that had years of dirt, moss, sndmold attached. They cleaned : the house, the roof, several slate patio areas, concrete pad and driveway, brick walkways and brick retaining walls. They did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend them.

I'd have liked some confirmation (pictures perhaps) of the cleaned gutters, but the person who came couldn't have provided them even if he wanted to because he never get up there to view them. Perhaps it's no news to others, but I was surprised that no ladders were used, as with others I've had come to clean the gutters.

Powerwashing was fine, I would not recommend for deck staining. I paid for someone to stain my deck, not just stain what was easy for them to get to. The first time they told me they were finished, they did not even attempt to stain the top portion of the exterior of my deck. They did not use ladders to reach the top portion, instead, they hung over the edge and just sprayed up to what they could reach. I had to keep insisting they stain parts of the deck they did not want to stain because it would mean they have to wipe off parts of a downspout. And then there is the whole issue of not being able to stain the interior wood that holds up my deck roof (similar to a pergola) because they could not spray it, it would have to be done with a brush. It was a frustrating experience, next time I will hire someone who is able to willingly stain my whole deck.

The stain job on my deck turned out almost patchy. Some places don t look stained at all. And the pressure washing on my house didn t end up looking that great. There was still stuff on the front of my house
