I thought that I had hired another company. Daniel apparently was subcontracted by the company that I called :( I initially called to clean out the gutters, which he did, I believe..... He used a "soft wash" i.e.,chemicals...... The deck ended up shredded more than it already was (from other cleanings). I ask about potential shredding. He stated that the deck would be fine and NOT shred - it shredded.....The house siding now has a shadow of where he cleaned it. He tried...Daniel was very nice.....

As in their name they really did come out the next day. Everyone was very friendly and they did a great job of (soft) power washing the house. The difference after they were done was significant. One thing I would say is be sure to know what they are including in the price they quote you. I didn't realize that the price quoted on the phone was just for the siding and didn't include the brick portion of the house which I then paid extra for. It was made clear to me on the phone that the deck was separate and I would get a quote when they came out which they did. I elected to wait on that to be able to compare prices. Overall I would recommend and use them again. I would be sure though to be clear on what was included because as I noted I was expecting the entire house to be cleaned for the price I was quoted. The price I paid included the siding, the additional cost for brick, including along the driveway and around garage and around stairs, and a small additional amount for pavers underneath the deck (which looked new when they were done).
