"I had an active bee's nest inside a house eve, a wasp's nest hanging outside the house, and a wasp/hornet's nest at the top of the second level of the house. All of them needed to be removed. Richard came quickly to provide a fair estimate and schedule the work. The work was done quickly and on time. I was supposed to be there to tell the exterminator where things were but an emergency drew me away. Richard's notes were so good, the exterminator was able to take care of the work. When I returned home all three nests had been dealt with. The areas were all cleaned to the best of anyone's ability short of elbow grease on a ladder scrubbing the areas. I wait to write reviews to give the service or product a chance to show how it will be over time. Long story short, everything Richard said would happen over the first few days happened. I am pleased with their work and would hire them again."

"Chris was very thorough with treating the outside of my house (TH end unit) and yard for spiders. I had a black widow infestation and I was terrified ! He de-webbed the back of the house, something I was too scared to do. On the inside, my cats had fleas and he sprayed all the carpeted areas and perimeters of other rooms. The cats seem happier now. He came back a week later for a second full treatment and reported that the spider population had diminished, thank heavens. I signed on for the quarterly treatment plan because I like the feeling of finally being bug-free. I thought the cost was indeed, affordable, and my main concern was addressed; the ingredients of the product, something that kept me from getting pest control services in the past: it is completely organic and non-toxic. I have four cats currently and two birds and had nowhere to relocate them all if I needed them out of the house for several hours or a day. There is no harm to pets in the airborn product. "Good price, very efficient and professional. They did a great job and had great communication the whole way. I'd definitely recommend them. They don't require that you be at home when they do the work - which is great if you're busy and can't really spend half a day waiting around for a service to show up. If there was anything to say at all, it'd just be that they require full payment in advance. Having never hired them before, I would have initially been more comfortable with partial payment to schedule and the rest when completed. That said, they do guarantee their work and I had no problems at all. They cleaned up all the debris very well and left the bags at the curb."
