they were not on time, but they did show up. they were not prepared and had to rely on my materials to complete the job

T hat is correct we were running late but a call was given to the customer to inform them. And the only materials that we used of the customers was water which we always use on a job site.

I called when they didn't show up at the scheduled time and I was told that I was never scheduled. However, they managed to make adjustments and squeeze me in anyway, which was great. The technicians showed up, did a great job, and were incredibly professional. Mary is nice as well. House looks great.

I am a property manger living in Florida with my owners all American living abroad. So it takes a bit of a leap of faith for a company to understand the dynamics. I book the service and pay the bills, my tenants, all in DC, arrange a time convenient for them and report back to me with photos. There was a question about a issue with the roof for this gutter cleaning, and the owners of the company consistently reached out to me to make sure I knew the correct resolution.
