They quoted me $150 by phone and ended up paying $450! customer service insist that they quoted $450 because of ~8000 sq. ft. house, while I merely have 160 linear ft of gutters and it took them 1h15 to do the job. I paid them, I don't need any headaches with dishonest businesses... but that would be the last time I would ever use this company or recommend them to any of my neighbors who where asking me if I was satisfied with the service so to use them.
Response from Company:
When customer spoke to us over the phone the price was quoted at $450. He repeated the price and he agreed. After the work was done he didn't want to pay the $450 that was quoted.

Great customer service and high quality work. Called one day and spoke with Mary. They had a cancellation for later that day so they came out on the day I called. Professional and courteous workers did a fabulous job. We had not had our siding cleaned for many years and it was really dirty. I was worried that it was stained and would not come clean but Next Day Pressure Washing made it look like new. Highly recommend!

This company uses Chlorine, which is cheaper than other safer products but does the job. The product lingers in the air for several hours. I had two issues: some of the product adhered to a few windows and was difficult to remove. Also, the chlorine hit a tree near the house and it has lost half its leaves. The company told me to water the tree and it will revive. I hope so. The mechanics came on time and cleaned a small portion of my roof which was not requested- but I was not charged. I appreciated the effort.

Hired Next day pressure washing to clean a cedar shake roof. They did a great job and made the roof look new. I would highly recommend them and will use them for future projects!

They got rid of the algae on the side of the house, cleaned all of the paths, making it look brand new. They took care of the work while I was away which was extremely convenient.
