Unreliable, the first lawn mowing was very poorly done. I was supposed to have the second mowing done on 6/14/2021. No one showed. I was promised someone would show up today, 6/16/2021. Again, no one showed. I received a message from the service provider at 6:00 PM that my property was too far and they would be out on 6/17/2021 at 1:00 PM. I have a meeting with a new lawn mowing service on 6/18/2021 in the hopes of replacing this company. I would not recommend this company.

They don't tell you that they only mow on the first visit. They did not edge or trim the area around the fence. It had rained for days and it was obvious that it needed to be done. I had to contact customer service to get this information even though they charged for the full service, The second trip, they did the edging but failed blow the grass off the patio, They have one more chance to get it right or I will be canceling the service. I am used to having excellent service where I moved from but this service is lacking. The service needs improvement.
