They were supposed to mow my lawn every week but didn't show up last week. They didn't call or text me to tell me if there was a problem. A Also the only way to contact them is through their app . I can't log in because I don't have a password and every time I notify the app that I forgot my password it never sends me an email with login information. Its very frustrating. In the beginning they make it sound so simple and that the control is in the clients hands but it's a nightmare.

The lawn need mowing within a week,this is summer I didn't expect that,a area with tall grass was not cut.customer service was great,no follow up after the job.

For this particular pro, the lawn was cut unevenly in the front and back yard. You can see where he cut the lawn way too low (which probably killed that section of lawn) and then he readjusted and finished the rest of the lawn. In my back yard,there where patches of unfinished lawn, no edging was done anywhere (which left bits of tall grass alongside the fences) and there were a lot of grass clippings left in the front and back lawn (which I received a letter from my HOA from). Granted my lawn in the back yard was overgrown, I paid 3 times the price to get my lawn manicured by a professional. This was not a professional job. I could have gotten the neighbor's teenage son to do this kind of job. I'm giving this pro one more chance to redeem himself. If this job is anything like his last, then I'm done.

They did too much of a rush job and it ended up very sloppy work. To their credit they tried to correct their shoddy work when it was pointed out to them, but then they just took off without seeing if their corrections had met my approval.

My lawn was half cut. Some areas were not cut at all. There were high areas and then cut lower. Grass unevenly cut. They did not trim around the fence area as promised. Loose dead grass left to dry in clumps. The worst yard work done EVER!!

    We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located.
  6. Bankruptcy Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them.
  7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
