He came over with the understanding of price, but wouldn't honor it.

Scheduling regular lawn service was easy and the cost was quite reasonable. I am very happy with the local provider used by Lawn Guru.

Apparently a large national company who middlemans crews that actually do the work. Crew that came indicated they do a lot of commercial jobs. Not pleased with quality of work.

They have very few contractors in the Chicago area and ruined my grass by mowing it way to short in areas...they left alternating stripes of dead grass and did not fix it.

The edging of lawn and around the bricks area are lacking,also loose Grass left on Lawn,will give one more chance.

Very professional, handles follow-up really well, and all communication is very good.

The guy they sent damaged a drain pipe and did a shit ty job on the yard. They have been giving me the run around for about a month now about fixing the drain.

The customer service staff is friendly, but throughout the process I had a great deal of trouble with scheduling. For at least 3 or 4 times, I called to nail down the day and time for cutting my grass. Each person I spoke with seemed not to know about my request. The experience was frustrating because I was moving and needed to have my grass cut before the new tenants moved in. Also, when the service provider arrived, he stated that the grass was not over 6 inches and would I therefore would be charged in the range of $50. But when I saw my bank statement, it was twice the cost -- what would be charged for grass over 6 inches. But in fairness to lawnguru, they did reimburse me some of the cost.

Very well pleased with the person sent to cut the lawn. Very professional and kind. Did a great job.
