I had recently purchased a home didn't really know the area or who to contact in order to cut the grass and trim the shrubs.HomeAdvisor got me in contact with this gentleman Jason who came over and did an outstanding job and I would definitely recommend him!!!

I hired them after another company through Home Advisor couldn't do what they promised. Like showing up and cutting my yard. In the beginning they were good. Showed up, did the job well, friendly. However it seemed that the longer he was hired the less he wanted to do properly. Then one Saturday, my wife needed to go to the doctors. I asked him to let my wife out and he temporarily parked across the street. Supposedly one of the renters across the street came out and told him to move it or he'd call the sheriff. Well I guess that scared him because he cancelled the contract and left. My wife called Lawn Guru and talked to Mara in Michigan(much more details than I'll go into here). Mara eventually talked Terrence into coming back and cutting my lawn. Did a quick job of it too. Not his usual good job. But since that day their service has been horrible. Promised to get me a new contractor, never did. Everyone kept cancelling the service. Mara insisted she would get Terrence to come back and continue to service us but after fighting with them for a week they, Lawn Guru, stopped trying to find us a contractor to continue my service. Guess they are such a large successful company that they don't need any more customers. However one would think that with 61 one star reviews on Home Advisor alone they would wake up and do a better job for their customers. Needless to say, I DO NOT recommend Lawn Guru any more. Good luck if you do hire them. In the end, they just didn't seem to care.

Fantastic service. Easy to set up and service was quick. 40% less than what I'd been charged previously for my lawn. Will most definitely use again.

Great concept! You deal with the Company and not individual. So you can always reach someone, reschedule or cancel any specific visit and the pay is auto deduction so you don't have to worry about having cash or check ready. I like it!
