Scalped my grass and uneven and missed cuttings on my yard

My experience with the Lawn Guru team itself was always great!The mowing was done by a few different providers. I finally settled on one provider and things started off great but the attention to detail declined once I was a regular on their route. I started having things go missing - can't say it was the folks who were mowing the lawn - but the problem stopped when I cancelled my service.

LawnGuru are always prompt and on time. They notify me via e-mail when they will arrive and I never have to call them for service.

You get varying levels of skills each time someone mows. Some are better than others. It would be better if it were consistent. The app is really cool. If you're looking for simple lawn mowing and nothing else this is the way to go for sure. You won't be able to beat the price.

I like that they email ahead of time to let you know they're coming out. They also send an email once the job is complete. The lawn looks beautiful and they do a great job.

The website, mobile site and process seemed pretty easy sad awesome however as many other reviewers shared, they e eventually begin charging for work not performed or ignore requests for changes, cancellation, etc. Gravely disappointing but I tried.

We're selling our house at the time and needed service fast . They came on time and did a wonderful job. So good of a job that they were hired by my next door neighbor.

James was not at all professional! Because I'm black he spoke to me in slang whichI found totally unprofessional.his oversized lawn tractor marked up my lawn and he comes off as arrogant! When I first spoke to him about cutting our hedges he instantly admitted that he didn't want to foo it, but he would. Who says that to a potential new client? Just recently,I told him he can't more this week because of the rain. He said "maybe you need to find someone else " That's exactly what I'm going to do.
