If you are planning on renovating a deck, we strongly recommend King Construction. Our deck needed several boards replaced, a new paint job, and improved drainage to prevent rotting of the beams. The project, start to finish, was outstanding. Our experience with Oscar Canales was exceptional. King Construction displayed excellent talent in carpentry, painting, and water drainage concerns. They ensured quality in their work, and maintained project schedule. We are pleased with the quality of King Construction’s work.

Kings general contractor installed a large piece of hardware for me and fixed the crown molding in my kitchen that was falling off. Both installs were done with the resale of my home in consideration. I am very happy with quality and timeliness of the work. I talked to them that morning and the work was completed the same day. I will definitely work with them again.

Oscar is the only one I go to for home repair needs. He is reasonable, thorough, does great work, and is punctual. Every thing you ask for in a contractor. I have worked with him for over 9 years now. He has installed an egress window in my basement, fixed a concrete slab issue I had with another contractor, and is currently working on painting our front, foyer, & basement drywall repair. He has also done great work for my mother in law on many occasion. He NEVER disappoints.

King General installed ceiling fans, including running electric, installing light and dimming switches, stucco work and paint. Additionally, they have removed broken window and installed new glass; as well, they have repaired kitchen faucet assembly. They are top of the line and my familyâ  s go-to general contractor. Always on time, great customer relations and leave everything clean! !

Good job done. My only disappointment was that after charging me for materials in the estimate they came without paint and had to use my old left over paint from 1995 when the house was built. I said itâ  s old and not good but he insisted that itâ  s good and that what they used. I hope heâ  s right but time will tell

Description of Work: Back deck repairs- 1-stairs were separating from deck and 2- needed to add additional supports under the deck, which is 40 years old Oscar came the day after I called to provide original estimate on repair to deck stairs. After obtaining other estimates, I expanded the scope of work to add the additional supports. Oscar came out again and discussed options and different price points for each option. He was very good at listening to my thoughts and opinions and making sure that I was on board with what he was doing throughout the process. Work was completed within three weeks of original call. I would definitely use them again for other projects.
