"From the design to the build to the finishing features and everything in between, URB was excellent. It was their architect that came out and their designer that consulted with us for the plans. Having had an addition built before, I worried about hidden cost, we had a chat about that before hand and I can tell you that I had no surprises in that department. My addition was delayed because of the COVID 19 restrictions but URB kept checking in and kept me abreast of the situation on their end. As soon as everything opened up they were ready to go. I know they were working on other projects but I didnâ  t ever feel like I was not getting the attention that my project needed.
