Did thorough job at reasonable rates! There was a problem with several windows not closing when they finished. They were able to return windows to normal use.. Be sure to check that windows are operative before they leave...

Out of 30 scheduled contractors, 5 actually showed up to view the property and discuss the project. Oscar at King Construction was the only one who showed up on time. The quote from Oscar was clear and provided a breakdown of materials and labor to the specifications I provided. Oscar kept me informed of the progress through e-mail updates and phone calls. The final project is one of which I am proud to offer as an example of a quality job and I have received numerous comments on the quality of craftsmanship. If you are looking for quality at a fair price, King Construction is the company to call.

I was in a rush to get a piece of trim replaced on the side of our house and Oscar was able to do it first and was cheaper than other estimates. He showed up when he said he would (thus two stars instead of one) but he put up white trim instead of almond (the color on our house) and it looks ridiculous. He tried to convince me that it would weather into an almond color. I don't dispute that the color will change, but we do not have white siding and the white will never turn almond. He wanted me to pay for another roll of sidiing trim after I already paid for the first roll (of which we only used 10.5 feet).
