They showed up on time for both appointments and completed the work as asked. They were careful about making sure the work area didn't get paint on it and cleaned up afterward I had some minor drywall and touch up paint done, some furniture and large carpets moved and two large mirrors hung I will use this company in the future

Project: Completed various small repairs including replacing an area of basement ceiling; patched and repainted damaged area of garage interior wall, fixing nail pops and re- caulking; repaired basement screen door. Completed jobs efficiently, promptly and professionally. I recommend using his services to anyone requiring a variety of home repairs.

Every repair we had to perform needed extra attention due to the house value ( $ 500,000 house ). Plus we had to work around expemsive furniture But Thanks to our effort everything came up great. Ceilling drywall repairs need extra work .

Mr. Canales is thorough during estimates and knowledgeable of county codes. I also had him repair a privacy fence and power wash the townhouse. He and his team were courteous, professional and patient. They did a great job with an old townhouse.

Arrived early and communicated well through the whole process for the quote. We had a leak in our bathroom down to the kitchen ceiling. For the quote it was dry, but before we hired him, we had a serious leak. Oscar explained the problem and solution and got someone to fix it immediately, even though it wasn't planned.

We hired King General Contracting to replace two exterior exhaust vents located on the 3rd floor which were destroyed by nesting birds. Oscar responded quickly to my inquiry and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. He arrived on time, giving me a 30 minute heads up he was on his way. He did an excellent job installing the new vents which required some modification to work with our siding. Oscar was extremely pleasant to work with and his price was very reasonable. I will definitely hire him for future projects.
