The warranty said anything that went wrong they would fix right away, but we had a small problem and it took them seven months to come back out. Other than that we are happy with the windows.

The quality of the windows, at this time, seems superior and worth the extra money compared to other quotes I received. However, I did not appreciate the high-pressure sales tactic used during the consultation. On the other hand, the window quality and warranty spurred me to make the decision to use this company. The windows were installed professionally and with great care. At this time, they perform according to the standards we expected. As far as value for the money, that remains to be seen upon the next electric bill. I do anticipate a difference as standing in front of the window in full sun we feel absolutely nothing, which is a wonderful thing considering my windows are in full sun for most of the day.

They pretending to get a permit for the new deck but didn't. I insisted they schedule an inspection with the city and they FAILED! The inspector wanted the deck ripped apart board by board!!! Of course. They said would replace it and never showed up again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Michelle, First, we want to apologize. The employee that was responsible for securing the permit and inspections made a mistake. He marked on our production database that the permit was secured when it was in fact not secured. He is no longer with us as he resigned shortly after this was discovered. We promise to make this right. We will be contacting you to schedule our carpenter to come on site to do what is necessary to ensure the deck is built to code and passes any and all inspections with the city and/or any local building authority. We are very sorry for any inconvenience and this is definitely not how we do business.
