A hot mess is the only way to describe this company process and project management. The original sales guy who was GM for a long time in Charlotte sold us a screen patio. Verbally told us about the details some of which were not on the CADS drawing. Shame on me for not being able to read an architectural drawing or asking for a second review. A process on getting everything moving took about 4 weeks which aligned with what we were told, no issues there. I was promised MULTIPLE times by the sales guy and team that they would not need an excavator to do the work and they would not be tearing up any grass, etc only using wheelbarrow and jackhammer. As soon as the contractor and team came in they rolled in the excavator and tore up a quarter of the grass to get the work done. I was told by that team it HAD to be used and there was no other way. Randy and his team were very friendly and nice BUT we were told if we mess it up we will fix it. I am still (months later) picking up GIANT bricks and cement pieces from the yard. Also, during this process, it was going to rain for a few days. The guys came back and leveled a GIANT pile of everything the excavator dug up (dirt, cement, bricks, rocks) and threw hay on top of it like all of the debris was just going to go away... it was SO BAD. We had to ask SEVERAL times for them to come back and fix the yard because it was not level AT ALL, incredibly bumpy, still had huge pieces of debris in it, and was not the fix we were needing/wanting. Now here we are, with a really beautiful screen patio (I do have to say the PRODUCT itself is great which is why they get 2 stars and not 1) that the inside is still not complete because we were trusting of Randy. Randy promised he would come back to finish the work (putting the siding back up on the house and the top seal) after the electrical guys (which was also supposed to be in the contract but ended up not so we had to outsource). Its been over a month and he now ignores our calls, tells us other projects are ahead of ours still, be more patient, he will fit us in super last minute. The job is paid for and we are no longer a priority. Again, shame on me for trusting a contractor and paying for something that is not finished. Joe the PM agreed their Project management was bad and they are working on it is. Please BEWARE if you are looking for a hot mess of a project but a good product Joyce is for you.

paid them close to $40k for window and they also replaced roof and gutters on house reno...had massive flood days after install..."fixed" ...shingles continued to fall off for months and continued leak damaging/staining drywall ceiling...received the run around on all calls/emails/texts...the house was on the market the whole time...NEVER fixed...I filed with BBB but house sold so kinda forgot about it...we paid for more new drywall and roof to be fixed...

Perfect. Hard working. Kind couldn’t ask for anything better.

2/11/2020 is the 7TH month of my incomplete shower install project that was supposed to be free from aggravation and completed in a timely manner. Nothing has gone properly and my shower still leaks. If you want a circus in your home, just hire RINGLING Brothers BARNUM and BAILEY instead, because at least you will have a good laugh. Because it is nothing funny about dealing with INCOMPETENT LIARS who do not POSSESS the DECENCY to return a customer phone call including the President And no one accepts responsibility It is always someone else fault. They will tell you anything to get your money that is what they are good at so if you read this, all I can say is LET THE BUYER BEWARE.
