Added a wonderful Sunroom and Deck. Took a little longer to get going, due to hurricane and employee shortage, but they honored the contract by bringing down their best employees from Ohio to build the structure. Work ethic and manners were impeccable. Planning on many years of enjoyment in the new beautiful space! If you do call them and they come to your house to give you an estimate, please tell them that I, Cynthia B. from a review in Home Advisor referred you, and you will get a 10% percent off discount for your project.

I got a front door from them. The trim on the inside has come loose and has not been fixed. They came out and gave me instructions on how I could fix it when I paid them to install it properly. Then they never put my screen door back up. When they left, they took my screen door and I never got it back. I paid over $2000 for this door and it took months to get anyone to take a look at it. It is still not fixed and I still do not have my screen door back and up.

This is an update on my previous review of this company. While it’s been very frustrating dealing with material delays, electrical and water damage issues. The company including its electrical contractor did what was needed to make things right. They didn’t run away or deny the shortcomings, they just got to work. I commend them for that.

I give them 5 stars on everything because they called me immediately, they worked with us financially, the father and son team were excellent. They worked with our schedule and the work was excellent. They gave friendly customer service, and the sales person also followed up afterwards. We also love the windows they installed, great product.

Hired March 2018, material had multiple delays. Not a great start, but finally July 10 2018 they get started on a sunroom addition and add windows in a patio up stairs in the living room. Over all the work is acceptable with a few issues but not real bad. The reason for the low rating is: Installation time was 6 weeks, even though I was told 10 days max. They sent one man (their best man I was told and the right guy to do my project.) His actual work overall was good when he was on the job. It wasn't like he had other jobs going on only mine but he wouldn't put in a lot of time maybe averaged 4 hours a day when he didn't lay out which was often. The topper came when we discovered the construction method of placing plastic between the joist and subfloor (which isn't common practice anywhere that I know of). Doing this trapped gallons of water in between the joist After 3 weeks being the exposed to the elements with no cover whatsoever created a real problem with rot and mold spores. The installer should have known better. Management was not a tremendous help either they basically told me I had to deal with this installers lazy work schedule, they clearly knew this was taking way too long to accomplish. I plan on staying away from this company in the future.
