The sunroom was better than expected and the windows were great on the first 11 on the original plan. However when we had it them come back to replace the last five the different guy took three days and still didn’t do a very good job. The original sunroom and 11 windows only took 5 days with only 2 pros who did a great job

I signed a contract with Joyce Factory Direct about 3 months ago. They asked me to pay a 10% down payment when I signed a contract. 4 to 5 weeks after they took accurate measurements after that no response back from the company. After I called them several times they said **your approval got rejected by county**, will initiate the process to refund my money. Until now, no response and no one is picking up the phone. Not sure when I will get my money back. I would not recommend this company to my friends and family.

Did a very good job.. but, the wrong doors were installed. That was the sales persons responsibility!

Beautiful bathrooms for a very reasonable price. Lifetime warranty! Scott was the one that did the hard work and he was such a pleasure! Very nice fellows these guys are. I would highly recommend Joyce Factory Direct to everyone! They also had a book with the different style walls that go in the shower and around the tub with lots to choose from. I went with the white marble look that has grey accents to it. Very beautiful! They also use a certain material behind the walls that is waterproof & moldproof! I can’t even believe they got the perfect sized tub for the master bathroom! It’s even deeper than the original that was there! No more leaks either! Everything from start to finish was so professionally executed! Everything is wonderfully beautiful now! Highly recommend!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! If I could give them -10 on their rating, I would, but it won't let me give any less than half a star. It is September, and I hired them back in January to build a sunroom. It is still FAR from finished, and they have a million excuses as to why! They have blamed their salesman, their installers and now their latest excuse is blaming me for being difficult. I am allegedly being difficult because I am having them replace my damaged ceiling, 8 scratched windows, 1 window with a broken seal, gouged and dented sliding glass door, and steps that were FAILED by the Building Inspector. I guess they expected me to say just leave all the defective materials with a smile. I have given them almost $40,000 thus far, and can't get them to make good on the defective materials, and I can't get them to come finish. Now, since last week, they have decided that they want to keep the large sum of money I have given them, and they want me to find someone else to finish it. I called around and no reputable contractor wants to touch and finish what they started due to liability issues, if something they did should fail in the future. So now I am trying to figure out how to get my sunroom finished and recoup my almost $40,000 for an unfinished sunroom full of defective materials. A big fat unorganized sloppy mess is all I have gotten from them. Their crew consists of 1 person with an occasional helper. The helper rarely comes, so it is a single person trying to do all of the work alone. It is ridiculous to sell a job to someone without the proper amount of employees to do the job, and then find every excuse in the book for why it doesn't get done. I have had materials that I paid for, lying all around my driveway and yard for 3 months now. The materials have been warped, stained and ruined. My grass is dead underneath all of the materials and who knows how it will get fixed. I have to go out there when the guy comes to mow my grass and make a decent path for him to mow with all of their clutter lying around. I was out there today clearing a mowing path. If you don't mind your material lying around and getting damaged for weeks/months, and you don't mind waiting for months on end, then you may love them. They are not for me! BEWARE!
