I had spoken with a few builders to add a sun room to an existing deck. The builders' work would be more complicated and suggested I hire a sun room builder to do the project. Joyce sent a salesperson to our house to look at what we needed and advised us on the best way to handle the work. Once they started, it was two workers who put each piece in place. Both of these guys were friendly and helpful in discussing the job with us. We had a discussion about part of the room since it was already framed with a roof and floor. The next day, three men from the factory end of the company came to the house to examine the situation and provided solutions which we approved, since it was not costing us any additional money. They wanted to make sure we were all on the same page. There hasn't been a problem with working with this company.

Builders were extremely meticulous when it comes to workmanship/ quality. Materials were extremely high quality as promised. The company was very flexible when it came it small modifications along the way. Very creative group with a clear aim to please the homeowner.

The sales person Matthew did a great job! he was always available and he answered all my questions as they came up. The install crew was great as well! They were very respectful, helpful and accommodated my needs. i would definitely hire them again! a truly great experience!
