I called them the week before Christmas and they came right out and gave a very competitive bid without any kind of pressure or hard sell. I was able to book them within a day and got the furnace installed on that day. They were proactive in doing little things that set me up to add air conditioning in the future and to ensure the wiring and thermostat is ok. They were courteous and conscious about tracking in dirt and completely removed all debris and the old furnace.

I would highly recommend this company. Pedro worked me into his schedule for a furnace installation on the very next day. The installation required some modifications in order to fit the furnace into a tight space inside of my condo. Pedro explained everything to me. He and his crew were prompt, efficient and professional at all times. I am very pleased with their performance and with my new furnace.

The consultant, Pedro, and the team who did the installation were thorough, conscientious, and made sure everything was operating as it should be. Pedro followed up the day after to check that the new system was working well and brought out an after hours service tech. when I explained the oil was still burning off. The service tech. new exactly what to do to burn off the excess oil and keep our breathing air safe. The system worked perfectly after that. I am pleased with my experience and trust this company truly cares about customer service. I recommend them without hesitation (and I had three consults with other companies--this company offered the best value for service).

Jace provided three options for replacing our furnace and adding central AC. All of the options compared favorably with the four other bids. They were able to schedule the work in a timely manner and completed the installations with no problems. the crew worked efficiently and finished up, cleaned up and were on there way in less than a full day.
