Excellent service. Jace not only helped me with this but also with other options to consider in the future one it is time to replace our existing forced air furnace. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. And the cost was lower than other HVAC companies quoted us for the same equipment. Will definitely use them again for any future HVAC needs.

Because of Covid, I wanted to limit in-house visits. When I called, Jace was fabulous in helping me take the initial measurements and send him the information necessary to meet our AC installation needs. He quickly prepared a bid, and we set up our installation appointment. Although our home was â AC readyâ the installation was a bit more complicated than anticipated. I was impressed when the technician stayed late to complete the installation and saved us another in-house visit. Great staff, great service, great experience.

Install crew was amazing and walked us through the system once complete. I cannot say enough about the service they provided.

Received 3 bids for a new installation of central air and replacement of an existing 25 year old gas furnace and new smart thermostat. Integrity was selected to do the work. Their bid was very competitive and their responsiveness from the first call to schedule an estimate as well as follow-up after the installation was outstanding. All work was completed on time and as scheduled. Pedro was very thorough in evaluating our current system and duct work and heating and cooling needs and provided a very detailed bid.
