Insulation Co., LLC - Removal & Clean Outs

I hired the Insulation Co and it was the right choice. First let me say if you need crawl space services I whole heartedly recommend this company. The owner Jo, was so responsive, he listened to my needs and concerns, and every time I reached out to him prior to the work being done and even after it was done, he was so quick to respond. I will also add, Jo was very patient with my many questions. I needed the crawl space cleaned, sealed, and new heating ducts installed. This was a very difficult job as the crawl space has very low clearances. They did so many things like disinfecting, wrapping the plumbing, sealing the new ducting, sealing the crawl space from outside intruders. Very thorough!!! I cannot say enough good about the job the crew did, 4 folks the first day and 3 the second day. Raphael was the team lead and he was great to work with, he listened to the concerns that I had and kept me updated throughout the two day job. Raphael, would show me pictures when I had questions about things under the house. He was awesome to work with. My crawl space entry is in a small clothes closet in a carpeted room and this was a dirty job but you would not even know they had been here. They protected the carpet as well as our teak hardwoods that lead to the entry of the house. Outside was the same, no debris at all. Highly recommended!

They had the best bid, didn't use fiberglass insulation, were prompt, friendly and gave a cash discount. I didn't like the way one of the bathrooms was vented so I called them and they came out and redid it right away. I would recommend this company.

There were 3 installers and they did not stop until they finished the job. Rewrapped all of the pipes, vents and closed off entry points for rodents. Cleaned and sanitized area, replaced vapor barrier. Took pictures of before and after. All debris taken away. Professional and efficient. Definitely will recommend them to neighbors and friends.

Jo Estrada has decades of experience doing this trade and was very helpful in framing an efficient and affordable scope of work for the project to clean, seal, and insulate my attic and crawl space. On the job day, Mardo and his team did a great job and treated the home and tenants with respect. Mardo was great at explaining things, seeking input where he needed it, and treated us really well. He also took extra time later that night to respond to a text from me with a phone call. The tenants were nervous about the primer odor and his response was timely, helpful and reassuring. I highly recommend Insulation Co for attic and crawl space work.

Insulation Co. LLC cleaned our crawl space, replaced insulation, replaced dryer vent, took steps to prevent rodents returning and installed vapor barrier.Team was very professional, thorough and took care to protect our floors (our crawl space access is inside our home), and the price was excellent. Jo was very prompt in providing the estimate and in scheduling the appointment. He patiently explained the options available in detail. The crew arrived on time and completed the work ahead of schedule. They took care of the mold, replaced insulation and added roof jacks. The crew was very professional, cleaned up well after they finished and communicated proactively throughout. Highly recommend their service.

I contacted a few companies for quotes and Insulation Co was local to Edmonds, so I engaged them. Jo provided a fast quote over email, which I found odd as the other guys made an effort to come out and view the job and obviously high pressure sell you.... The quote was inline and lower than other guys, so based on that and the great reviews they had, I went with it. Other companies had as many 1 star reviews as 5 star and that was a deal breaker. Jo has almost all 5 Star reviews...The team was able to schedule a time within a week and did all the work while we were out of town. I'm very happy with the results. Did a crawl space insulation, vapor barrier, all the AC duct work and even the adjoining wall to the basement, which I didn't expect. Were in and out in half a day, all cleaned up and professional. House floors are noticeably warmer. Highly recommend this local small business.
