Insulation Co., LLC - Removal & Clean Outs

I hired Insulation Co to work on the attic of my rental property less than 2 months ago. Unfortunately, once new tenants moved in and began using the space, we discovered that the bedroom outlets were no longer functioning. When I contacted the owner to ask if a wire might have been accidentally disconnected during the attic work, he refused to come by to inspect the situation. He argued that I should have reported the issue within two weeks, despite the fact that the unit was vacant and only recently occupied. Rather than offering to troubleshoot or verify their work, the owner was argumentative and dismissed the concern entirely. I am disappointed in the lack of accountability and professional courtesy, and I would suggest looking elsewhere for a contractor who stands behind their labor.

Insulation Co did a great job at my home, Jo did a great job setting up our appointment and answering many questions and helping us save money. I really wanted to give a big thanks to the crew that worked on my home. They were punctual and very proffesional great hard working crew I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing their services.

We were very pleased with the job they did insulating our crawl space. There were three men who were very polite and thorough explaining what they did. They completed the job much quicker than I thought it would take. There was an excellent PSE rebate that significantly reduced our out-of-pocket costs. The final cost was quite a bit lower than other estimates we received.

Jo and team were so great, we had some pest damage and insulation missing, and they came in and finished the crawlspace and attic in a single day. They were quick to respond to questions, and worked to get us rebates immediately, which were baked into their quote. I could not recommend them more.

He also provided valid suggestions to tackle the issues we had. Communication was very good, he scheduled around our availability. I needed to replace the insulation in the crawl space under the house, I called a few companies that handled this kind of work and got great service right from the start when I called Jo at Insulation Co. LLC. He was very friendly, informative and walked me through the whole procedure. Since I have natural gas but, wasn't aware of the rebate CNGC offers Jo fully explained it to me then happily completed the application for me which made the whole process a piece of cake. His crew did a fantastic job of replacing the insulation and completed the clean up. He even built me a door for the entrance to the crawl space to help keep the varmites out. In a heartbeat I would recommend Jo Estrada and his company. They were very professional and were done in no time at all.

Very efficient. Arrived on time. Cleaned up messy crawl space. Insulated pipes and filled spaces with screens and filled holes where rodents were getting in.
