Insulation Co., LLC - Removal & Clean Outs

We had Insulation Co remove and replace our blow-in attic insulation as a part of a larger electrical project. Both phases of the insulation work went quickly and smoothly. Better yet, Jo from the company was incredibly responsive and kind in his communications with us which is a big bonus for first-time homeowners still learning how a lot of this stuff works. These guys were great, and the owner, Jo Estrada, a pleasure to work with. A crew of 5 spent 5 hours cleaning, inspecting, and replacing insulation and vapor shield in our crawl space. They took pictures of everything, before and after. THe crew was pleasant, and worked really hard.... couldn't believe how much stuff they removed from under there. The crawl space is tight, but they didn't complain (at least to us!). They gave us good recommendations for some repairs needed for the foundation. All for a most reasonable price, compared to other estimates. They deserve every star they can get!

Insulation Co. showed up on time and removed and replaced the insulation in my client's attic and crawl space. They were hard working and professional and were very careful protecting the carpet and flooring and cleaning up after the job. I would highly recommend them!

Water had always been a problem for my crawlspace, especially during raining and snowing season. Asking around, installing a French drain and a sump pump appeared to be the solution. I searched around and picked Insulation Co. Estimation without inspection seemed weird at first, but it made totally sense since the foundation layout is all there in the files. Jo had always been responsive, detailed and nice whenever I had questions. Scheduling was easy and Rafael and the team did a great and efficient job onsite. 2 months after the installation, we noticed that there was still standing water and they came back to install more pipes and gravels. We really appreciate the effort.
