As we were selling our house, we learned that the attic had a big mold and rodent problem. We got several quotes, but Insulation Co gave us by far the best one, in terms of price but also in terms of giving us confidence that they would do a good and complete job. Jo is very knowledgeable and efficient. We were not disappointed. The crew was professional and fast, and they went over and beyond to find the root causes of the issues, and addressed them. Very responsive and professional. Was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a contractor. Jo was very responsive and took the time to educate me on what the entire project would entail. The workers were very nice, professional, and efficient. They took care to not make a mess of the house while they were working and cleaned everything up before leaving. I would highly recommend them.

I was referred by a local contractor. Customer service was great. Phone call resulted in quick proposal emailed. Once accepted, work scheduled timely. Crew showed up as stated in scheduling. 4 1/2 hrs later, job complete. Crew was friendly & cleaned up all debris. I am very happy w/results. They helped me with applying for gas utility rebate as well.

Removed old fiberglass insulation that at one time was rodent infested. Removed old plastic ground cover sheeting. Installed new ground cover black plastic sheeting and new fiberglass insulation. This was in the basement crawl space in my 9-unit apartment building. Very satisfied with the work - they were very responsive to some follow up work - would definitely recommend .
