"Kevin from LeafFilter came out to inspect my gutters. He was very knowledgeable, and informed me about the system I had, and that they were unable to service it if I wanted to keep my warranty. He also helped me solve a solution for a small job but big problem I had with one downspout. He also said that job was too small for most gutter companies, and recommended that I find a handyman to help me out. It was a breath of fresh air to have an honest, knowledgeable rep come help me out. I will consider LeafFilter in the future if I need gutter replacement base on this customer service experience."

"Our project involved demolition of patio roof, repair of our home roof where old patio roof had been incorrectly attached, dry rot repair, new facia boards, new gutters and the construction of a beautiful new patio roof with 4 sky lights and a light knotty pine ceiling and asphalt shingle roof on it. Nick did an absolutely phenominal job on the whole project. His customer skills were wonderful...from patiently explaining what was needed and how best to accomplish our visions with me when I got home from work each day and then repeating it all when my husband got home later, to his solid record of showing up daily when he said he would (dependability gets 6 stars!!), we couldn't have asked for better service. "EM Property was fantastic and just what I needed. The exhaust fan in my bathroom started leaking during a rainstorm and I wasn't even sure who to contact about it. They came out the very next day and inspected it for free and told me what was wrong and how they could fix it. They provided me with a fair estimate for the project and even offered to clean my gutters while they were up on the roof (which I greatly appreciated as it was long over due!). They were fast and efficient and got everything completed before the next rain storm. Both Dale and Justin were professional and friendly and answered all of my many questions. Justin even gave me the low down on the current condition of my roof and offered some additional advice on upkeep which I appreciate since I have no plans to climb up there myself any time soon. I will definitely be contacting them again for any future projects around the house."

"They were flexible with our time schedule due to our house was being painted and we were going to remove and dispose of the gutters ourselves. Discount rate because we removed gutters. Got us scheduled right away once I know when our house was ready. Showed up on time and took less time then we thought. Cleaned up like they were never here. Mike was great at explaining exactly what was included and guaraneed. Received written and email estimate and a revised one with the gutter removal and disposal taken off."

He was professional kind and very detailed in what he looked at. In addition he took pictures that allowed us to have a productive conversation. Of all of the quotes I received (from ridiculously high, to stupid low) his made the most sense. He made very concise points on what needed to be done, what didn't need to be done and what could wait. His proposal made it easy for my wife and I to chose him to do the work. When his team showed to do the work on the house (on the agreed time!) I was very impressed with their professionalism and the way they presented themselves and Red Rock Roofing. They reviewed the work that was contracted, and the additional customer service items (scrape the roof of moss and blow out the rain gutters) that we not on the contracted list. The two gentlemen worked very hard and very efficiently. They had the task done in a very minimal time and when they were through you would have never known they were there the worksite was very clean and tidy.
