"I was very happy with Hart's Plumbing. I had a clogged drain and they had someone out here the same day. The very friendly and knowledgeable young man who came and fixed it was great and my sink was fixed immediately. He offered to set me up with a check of my systems at no charge so had them come back for that as well. A different friendly professional came out to do that and I had a great experience that time around as well. No hard sell at any time, just a thorough inspection in which a couple problems were found and a bid presented to me...again, absolutely no hard sell! Besides the fact that they were professional personable and knowledgeable and fixed my clog, there were two things that I especially appreciate about thjs company. #1: Not only did they let you know what time to expect the service provider; they also called that day to let me know what time to expect him and he called me himself once he was on the way but they sent me an email introducing him and provided a photo of who would be showing up at my door!!! As a single female I really, really appreciated that caution. I also appreciate that they followed up the visit with further contacts to make sure I was satisfied. And the inspection was completely free and very thorough. I could not ask for more. The next time I need a plumber, Hart's Plumbing is the number now in my Rolodex."

"Art is literally the best. Show me another company that will do this: Art did a perfect job installing the gas piping at my home when I got a new meter installed. He also ran a line out to my deck for my BBQ. I got the parts for the conversion weeks later, and wasn't confident I'd install it right, so I contacted him to ask him for advice... and he came over and helped me install it! He even stuck around to make sure it worked. Then he wouldn't take any money! I forced him to let me give him some to buy himself dinner. You will not find people like this every day in ANY industry. "We recently hired Pure home remodeling to remodel our kitchen. The kitchen remodeling included new design, all the upper and lower cabinets, stainless steel double sink, large island, new paint, new electrical light fixtures and hardwood floor. On top of the kitchen remodeling project, we also decided to remodel our 2 walk-in closets by replacing all the existing shelfs with a complete custom designed ones in both of them. During the work, Lorenzo was our project manager and he visited our house on a daily basis, making sure that all the involved workers will complete the daily tasks without any mistakes. "Okay. I don't think there's enough characters to accurately describe what a phenomenal experience it was working with this company. They were the 3rd of 3 contractors we had out to give us an estimate to install a heat pump. They we're much more knowledgeable and less "car salesman-like." Not pushy at all. They vetoed the ideas other company had of putting the outside unit under the deck "so it isn't noticeable." That, they said, would blow hot air up onto our deck on hot days. Hmmm... that doesn't sound ideal, and showed they were thoughtful. The space where the air handler needed to be installed was small. This is where they REALLY earn their name, "Innovative." Other companies recommended multiple big, ugly ventless units that wouldn't cool the entire house. But these guys said, you have vents! We can make this work! And, they did! We were given 3 options and as it's such a big decision, we agonized over which was the best, but they very patiently answered question after question from email after follow-up email, until we were confident with our choice. They offered to donate our slightly used furnace to someone in need. We really appreciated that. It made us feel better about our decision to replace it. When the heat pump was installed, they checked in to assure everything was working well. When i thought there was a problem, they quickly came out to look at the "problem," even though my unit is one that took time to "learn." And when the hot weather turned warm, they checked in AGAIN. Like, honestly, every company could take lessons from this one. I've NEVER experienced customer service quite like this. It's exceptional. Truly outstanding! We have been so, so, so comfortable in our home and never once regretted our decision to buy the heat pump. And guess what? Even running it 24/7 through the hot summer and cool fall, our electric bill has dropped in comparison to the sane time last year. IT'S paying for ITSELF!! CALL NOW!!!"
